Find the contour that suits you

Try the pillow in your usual side- or back-sleeping position and adjust its orientation until the support feels comfortable. Rosedrick & Co recommends looking at the whole setup: your shoulder width, mattress and preferred sleeping position all influence the fit.

How to use

Place the pillow flat on your mattress with a raised edge beneath your neck and your head resting toward the central area. Try the opposite edge if it feels more comfortable. Choose a position that does not force your chin toward your chest or tilt your head sideways.
