Fit and everyday use

Centre the support across your back. Wrap the ends around the front and fasten. Adjust for a snug, comfortable fit that does not restrict breathing or movement. Follow the instructions included with your product. Size labels are not interchangeable with clothing sizes; use the manufacturer’s measurements to choose your fit.

Materials and care

75% closed-cell neoprene foam, 25% stretch nylon.

Hand wash in cold water with mild soap. Rinse thoroughly and air dry at room temperature. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, iron, bleach or dry clean.

Use comfortably

This support is a posture reminder, not a treatment for pain or injury or a substitute for movement and strengthening.
